It really worries me to see my friends or anyone really say things like I slept like 3 hours or I didn’t sleep at all again last night. I guess it’s normal to have those nights when you just toss around in your bed and can’t sleep, but if people sleep only few hours every night that’s really bad. If people say they only need a little sleep that’s bullshit.
People need sleep. If they don’t have enough sleep it’s bad for their both physical and mental health. Sleeping makes you feel better.
If you have problems falling asleep then get help.
If someone’s feeling bad or sad or depressed I tell them to try sleep well, and eat healthy. (also chocolate is considered healthy..) It might not always take your problems away (if you have them) but it’ll make you feel stronger and healthier.
So remember to sleep well!
